I've taken my car in a handful of times now and I love the great customer service. The owner, Nick, is friendly and explains to me what's going wrong with my car and what they need to fix, which is great for me since I don't know much about cars. A couple months ago I had to buy a car on my own for the first time and took 2 cars I was thinking of buying into Padron to inspect and he took off half the price he usually charges since it didn't take them that long. He also gave me advice on how to negotiate and showed me the NADA website on what should be the asking price.I recently drove through some flooded streets and an engine belt got wet and made a horrible noise when I drove the next day. I was planning to drive out of town for the weekend so I took it in and once he knew there was an available part in town they got it replaced within an hour.The waiting area is very clean, modern and they offer drinks, seating, a clean bathroom, and suckers for kids (and adults, I'm sure).
